Bowler Lofts offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern living. Originally built in 1893 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building features unique architecture and one-of-a-kind apartment layouts that you won't find in a typical apartment community.


Each apartment has its own character while offering modern conveniences like in-unit washer and dryer, updated finishes, and individually controlled utilities. Located just steps from Loring Park, downtown Minneapolis, and some of the city's best restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment, Bowler Lofts provides a living experience that's as unique as the building itself.


Bowler Lofts offers thoughtfully designed studio and one-bedroom apartments, each with its own unique layout. As a historic building, no two apartments are exactly alike, giving every home its own character while featuring modern finishes and in-unit washer and dryer.

Yes! We love our furry residents. Bowler Lofts is a pet-friendly community and welcomes both cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per apartment. Pet fees and monthly pet rent apply. Contact our leasing team for additional details. 


Water, sewer, and trash are included in your monthly rent. Each apartment has its own individually metered electric service through Xcel Energy, and residents are responsible for setting up and paying their own electric account. Internet service is also the resident's responsibility and is available through Quantum Fiber, allowing you to choose the plan that best fits your needs. 


Yes! Street parking is available through the City of Minneapolis with a residential parking permit, which typically costs around $25 per year.

We also partner with a covered parking garage directly across the street. Parking is available for $100 per month with no long-term contract, so you can add or remove parking on a month-to-month basis and only pay for the months you need.


Submitting a maintenance request is quick and easy through Property Meld, our online maintenance portal. Residents can submit requests, upload photos, communicate directly with our maintenance team, and receive real-time updates on the status of their request—all from their phone or computer.


If you experience a maintenance emergency outside of business hours, please call our 24/7 emergency maintenance line for immediate assistance.


Bowler Lofts is located in the heart of Loring Park, one of Minneapolis' most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. Just outside your door, you'll find local favorites like Gai Noi, Fawkes Alley Coffee, and Lunds & Byerlys, along with miles of walking trails through Loring Park and the nearby Minneapolis Sculpture Garden.


Bowler Lofts is also within walking distance of the University of St. Thomas School of Law, making it a convenient option for law students, faculty, and staff.

The application fee covers the cost of processing your application and conducting a comprehensive background screening. This includes credit, criminal, rental history, and income verification to help ensure a safe and successful community for all residents. 


The first step is to schedule a tour! After you've had the opportunity to visit Bowler Lofts and choose the apartment that's right for you, our leasing team will send you an online application. Once you submit your application and screening information, we'll review everything and keep you updated throughout the approval process.
